GRX 310D History

The original works mini GRX310D “took part in more events than any other works mini, 12 in all starting with the Swedish Rally in 1966. Its rally history runs through the 1966 season to the RAC Rally; then it was not seen again in competition until the 1967 Alpine, followed by another gap until the 1968 Acropolis;. During these gaps GRX310D was extensively used as a recce car.”

The original GRX310D was sold on, & eventually purchased by a keen collector who restored the car back to full works specifications in the late 70's. The car then went on to compete in many other historic race & rally event.
